![]() ![]() Comprehensive Planning Project Thursday, January 31 2008 TIME: 6:30 p.m. LOCATION: at the Town Hall Mid-Course Mapping Meeting AGENDA Agenda 1. Call to order. 2. The Town Board, the Comprehensive Planning Committee, and their consult, Jeff Sanders, OMNNI & Associates, will gather input from attendees. The information gathered will assist in the creation of the Future Land Use Map. The Map will be an important component of the Comprehensive Plan. 3. Adjournment. Brenda A. Schneider Town Clerk MINUTES The Town of Taycheedah Comprehensive Planning Committee hosted a Mid-Course Mapping Meeting on Thursday, January 31st, 2008, at 6:30 p.m., at the Taycheedah Town Hall. Members present were: Ed Braun, Jerry Guelig, Neal Nett, Rebecca Ries, Brenda Schneider, Joanne Thome, Joe Thome and Mike Wirtz. Member absent: Tim Krawczyk (excused). The Committee was joined by approximately 100 residents and/or landowners. Committee Chairman Ed Braun welcomed the group. He also introduced the Committee members. Jeff Sander, OMNNI & Associates, gave a presentation outlining the Committee’s progress to date and the steps that are yet to be accomplished. Attendees were supplied with maps of the Town and colored pencils or crayons. Each attendee was asked to give their opinion on several current and future land use issues by color-coding their maps. The maps will be used to determine if there is majority consensus on the issues. The results will be presented to the Committee at a future meeting.
