2. Consideration and possible action to enter into Closed Session, pursuant to Wis. Stats. 19.85(1)(g), conferring with legal counsel for the governmental body who is rendering oral or written advice concerning strategy to be adopted by the body with respect to litigation in which it is or is likely to become involved. Subject: Sager vs. Town of Taycheedah Board of Review.

MINUTES
The Town Board of the Town of Taycheedah met on Monday, April 6th, 2009, at 4:00 p.m., at the Town Hall. Members present were Chairman Jerry Guelig, Supervisors Tim Simon, Mike Wirtz, Clarence Kraus and John Abler and Clerk Brenda Schneider. Also present via phone conference was Assessor Bill Huck. Also present were Attorney John St. Peter and Attorney Sarah Fry Bruch.

1. Call to order. Chairman Guelig called the meeting to order at 4:00 pm.

2. Consideration and possible action to enter into Closed Session pursuant to Wis. Stats. 19.85(1)(g), Conferring with legal counsel to the governmental body who is rendering oral or written advice concerning strategy to be adopted by the body with respect to litigation in which it is or is likely to become involved. Subject: Sager vs. Town of Taycheedah Board of Review. Mike Wirtz motioned to enter into closed session pursuant to Wis. Stats. 19.85(1)(g) at 4:01 p.m., seconded by Clarence Kraus. Motion carried unanimously by roll call vote.

The group discussed the case.

3. Adjournment. Mike Wirtz motioned to adjourn the closed session meeting at 4:30 p.m., seconded by Jerry Guelig. Motion carried (5-0).
