AGENDA

1. Call to order.

2. Confirmation of open meeting notice.

3. Motion to convene into closed session pursuant to Wis. Stats. § 19.85(1)(e) for the purpose of deliberating or negotiating the purchase of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session. The Towns will be discussing the renewal of the current intergovernmental agreement with the City of Fond du Lac. (Note: roll call vote required)
