Call to Order
Meeting was called to order by M. Nett at 5:03 P.M.

Present: Commissioners: M. Nett, D. Thome, J. Voight
Administrative Clerk: P. Yohann
Inspector: A. Karls
Maintenance: D. Weber


Approval of Agenda
Motion: by D. Thome, second by M. Nett to approve the agenda. J. Voight did not vote because of being absent.
Vote: Ayes: 2, Opposed: 0 - Motion carried.

Approval of May 23, 2011 Regular Business Meeting Minutes
Motion: by D. Thome, second by M. Nett to approve the May 23, 2010 Regular Business Meeting Minutes.
J. Voight did not vote because of being absent.
Vote: Ayes: 2, Opposed: 0 - Motion carried.

Public Comment - TSD No. 1 Sanitary District Business - None to be reported.


REGULAR BUSINESS

Financial Report
Financial reports and statements were reviewed.
P. Yohann reported on the receipt of payment from TSD#3 for the first, second, and third quarters of 2010. A letter from TSD#3, which was received by M. Nett, was read and will be forwarded to M. DeVries and R. Cunzenheim. M. Nett will send a letter to TSD#3 to inquire what their main concerns are.

Motion: by M. Nett, second by D. Thome to approve bills and sign checks. J. Voight did not vote because of being absent.
Vote: Ayes: 2, Opposed: 0 - Motion carried.

Inspector's Report - A. Karls
J. Voight arrived at the Meeting.
A. Karls reported on inspection activities during the month of June 2011; a copy of the detailed log of his inspection activities is on file.
Business meter readings were discussed. M. Nett will contact S. Huck to inquire why there is denial of access for meter reading and if denial of access continues, M. Nett will contact legal counsel.
Discussion was held regarding leaks on Willow Beach and Gladstone Beach. A letter will be sent to the property owners of N8890 Gladstone Beach to notify them of clear water inflow because of a broken connection at the District's lateral.

Maintenance Report - D. Weber
D. Weber reported on maintenance activities during the month of June 2011; a copy of the detailed log of his maintenance activities is on file.
The sump pump at the Gladstone Lift Station was not working properly and has been repaired.
Energenecs has completed the inspection and work required per the service contract.

Administrative Clerk's Report

P. Yohann reported on the issuance of Application for Sanitary Sewer Service Construction Permits for
T. Hechimovich at W3906 Fisherman's Road and D'Signs in the Sandy Beach Business Park.
New Workers Comp. coverage has been obtained from Bituminous Insurance Company.
Discussion was held regarding the work performed at N7307 Winnebago Drive and the invoice from Pat Mand. M. Nett submitted for the record a transcription of a voice message received from the property owner.
Future Newsletters were discussed and will be written on an as-needed basis when there is new information to be included.


UNFINISHED BUSINESS

1. Discussion and Possible Action of Coordination of Televising and Home Inspections.
Discussion was held regarding leaks in the system. A. Karls is prioritizing and attending to the highest leakage locations. No action will be taken at this time for further televising but will be done in the fall as suggested by R. Cunzenheim.

2. Progress Report on Diggers Hotline Application.
M. Nett reported R. Cunzenheim had completed the map required for the submission with the application.
D. Thome questioned some of the areas on the map and will contact R. Cunzenheim for clarification. P. Yohann will complete the application and notify M. Nett when it is ready for signature and submission. A. Karls will be the contact person for location of facilities.

3. Discussion and Possible Action on the Ordinance on "Abandonment of Existing Service."
M. Nett has contacted M. DeVries for his opinion and suggestions to amend the Ordinance but has not received a reply as of yet.


NEW BUSINESS

1. Discussion and Possible Action on Obtaining Meters for the Lift Stations.
D. Thome will contact R. Cunzenheim for recommendations of what meters to install and where. M. DeVries will be contacted to see if the current contracts need to be altered and in what way. J. Voight suggested R. Cunzenheim be invited to the next Regular Business Meeting in July.

2. Discussion of the Procedure for Issuing the Application for Sanitary Sewer Service Construction Permit.
Motion: by M. Nett, second by J. Voight the Clerk will handle standard Application for Sanitary Sewer Service Permits.
Vote: Ayes: 3, Opposed: 0 - Motion carried.

Vote: Ayes: 3, Opposed: 0 - Motion carried.
