REGULAR BUSINESS MEETING
MONDAY, FEBRUARY 18, 2013- 5:00 P.M.

Call to Order
Meeting was called to order by M. Nett at 5:00 P.M.

Present: Commissioners: M. Nett, D. Thome, J. Voight

Approval of Agenda
Motion: by J. Voight, second by D. Thome to approve the Agenda.
Vote: Ayes: 3, Opposed: 0 - Motion carried.

Approval of January 28, 2013 Regular Business Meeting Minutes
Motion: by M. Nett, second by J. Voight to approve the January 28, 2013 Regular Business Meeting Minutes.
Vote: Ayes: 2, Opposed: 0, Abstained: 1 - Motion carried.

REGULAR BUSINESS

Financial Report
Financial reports and statements were distributed and reviewed.
K. Diederich presented a list of the customers on the tax roll. Of the $7,484 on the tax roll $3,900 has been collected.
The invoice from the City of Fond du Lac due April 15 was presented and discussed.
The System Repair and R&M Routine accounts were discussed. The large amount budgeted for the System Repair-Brookhaven LS was due to the projected replacement of the valves.

Motion: by J. Voight, second by D. Thome to approve the Financial Statements as presented.
Vote: Ayes: 3, Opposed: 0 - Motion carried.

Approve bills/sign checks
Motion: by D. Thome, second by M. Nett to approve the bills and sign the checks.
Vote: Ayes: 3, Opposed: 0 - Motion carried.

Inspector's Report - A. Karls
A. Karls reported on inspection activities during the month of February 2013; a copy of the detailed log of his inspection activities is on file.
A locate was conducted at N9001 Welling Beach; however, no permit has been issued at this time.
The manhole cover near the Gladstone Lift Station has been hit by the snowplow and is in need of repair. Another post will be installed to prevent future damage.
A. Karls reported on the difficulty of obtaining access to the property at N8738 Sylvan Bay Road in order to have the lateral televised.
A broker has been located as a possible purchaser of the pumps in storage.

Maintenance Report - D. Weber & M. Haensgen
D. Weber reported on maintenance activities during the month of February 2013; a copy of the detailed log of his maintenance activities is on file.

Frozen locks due to freezing rain have been dealt with.
The Winnebago Lift Station generator was checked and reset. The float was not working properly in the wet well. Debris was found and removed.
Readings will be forwarded to R. Cunzenheim.
A flow chart was presented and peak hours and days were discussed.
M. Haensgen reported concern of the float at the Brookhaven Lift Station and questioned if the wet well has been checked for sediment. D. Weber reported it was drained last year, checked at that time, an no issues were reported.
M. Haensgen stated he has knowledge of an additional person for maintenance duties.

Administrative Clerk's Report - P. Yohann
P. Yohann reported in addition to performing the regular duties calls have been fielded from a few customers with questions regarding the statement sent in January.
The invoice from the City of Fond du Lac for the loan due in April was received.
Payment from TSD#3 in the amount of $1,281.29 for the third quarter of 2012 was received.
The 2012 documents are continuing to be removed from the files and placed in storage.

UNFINISHED BUSINESS

1. Discussion and possible action of revision of Agreements with Calumet, Johnsburg, and Taycheedah District No. 3 Sanitary Districts.
Discussion was held. D. Thome reported that R. Cunzenheim is meeting with M. DeVries and once a final version is available it will be presented for review.
