Meeting was called to order by M. Nett at 5:00 P.M.

Approval of April 28, 2014 Regular Business Meeting Minutes
Motion: by M. Nett, second by D. Weber to approve the April 28, 2014 Regular Business Meeting Minutes.

REGULAR BUSINESS

Financial Report
Financial statements were distributed and reviewed. CDs were discussed, particularly noted is the one that is due in July. It will be discussed at the June meeting. The question was raised as to what the Miscellaneous under Miscellaneous/Title searches includes. P. Yohann will contact K. Diederich for clarification.
Motion: by D. Weber, second by M. Nett to approve the Financial Statements.

Approval of Bills/Sign checks
Motion: by M. Nett, second by D. Weber, to approve the bills and sign the checks.
Vote: Ayes: 2, Opposed: 0 - Motion carried.

Inspector's Report - M. Grebe & A. Karls
A copy of the detailed log of inspection activities during the month of May 2014 is on file.
Seven locates were conducted, two inspections, and the capping of the lateral at Fisherman's Cove were reported.

Maintenance Report - M. Haensgen
A copy of the detailed log of maintenance activities during the month of May 2014 is on file.
M. Haensgen reported Energenecs is inspecting the lift stations. At the Winnebago lift station the high-level float had a loose wire, which was corrected.
The question was raised of whether the flow meters are calibrated annually. M. Nett stated that to ensure charges are accurate, the meters should be annually calibrated.
M. Nett questioned if there was information on the block heaters. According to Total Energy Systems, the block heaters would be needed when temperatures go below 50 degrees.
The condition of the air-relief valves was discussed. D. Weber reported in the absence of M. Grebe. Of the four air-relief valves one has been found on Sandy Beach and Brookhaven. The remaining two M. Grebe is searching for. D. Weber reported there is one on Gladstone Beach and one on Linden Beach.
The issue of insurance coverage for the recent oil problems at the lift stations was discussed. Charges will be submitted to the insurance company, and acknowledgement of this action will be sent to the upstream districts.

Administrative Clerk's Report - P. Yohann
A copy of the detailed log of administrative activities during the month of May 2014 is on file.
P. Yohann reported a lot in the Sandy Beach Business Park is in the process of being sold.
Completion of the CMAR report has begun.


UNFINISHED BUSINESS

1. Discussion and possible action on the update of capacity available.
Discussion was tabled due to the absence of J. Voight.

2. Discussion and possible action of the creation of a maintenance program for manhole rehabilitation.
D. Weber reported he is working on adding the GPS coordinates to the laterals.

3. Update of the repairs needed at N8738 Sylvan Bay Road.
M. Nett stated he had talked to the owner of the property. Once Great Lakes is finished with their current project they will be working on this property.

4. Discussion and possible action on the leak to the main line at N8908 Bergens Beach.
Discussion was held. M. Nett suggested having Great Lakes televise the leak when they are in the area.

5. Discussion and possible action of meeting the requirements for the Capacity, Management, Operation and Maintenance Program (CMOM).
There was nothing to report. P. Yohann will contact R. Cunzenheim to inquire what assistance can be given to him.

6. Discussion and possible action of relief valves on forcemain.
The topic was tabled until a report is available from M. Grebe. The upstream districts will be notified of the results of the report.
