NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town Board will conduct a public hearing on Monday, December 14th, 2015, at 7:00 p.m. for the purpose of considering the detachment of property from the Taycheedah Sanitary District No. 3-St. Peter Area Sanitary District. The Town Board will consider the following proposed sanitary district boundary change:
N8003 Hwy 151, further described as Section 29, Town 16 North, Range 18 East, Lot 1 CSM #2487-13-59 Located in the NE 1/4 of the NW 1/4, also, parcel commencing at the SE corner of Lot 1, thence north 300', east 265.15', southeasterly 166.49', south 204.62', west 401.61', to the point of beginning, as recorded in Volume 872-200 & Volume 878-395, 7.626 acres, owned by Ronald Spies. (Exhibit A)

Petition for detachment of property from Taycheedah Sanitary District #3, owned by Ronald Spies, located at N8003 Hwy 151. Mr. Spies submitted a petition for the removal of his property, real and personal, from the sanitary district. Chair Guelig called the public hearing to order at 7:46 p.m. No one wished to speak in support or opposition to the petition. Motion by John Abler, second by Clarence Kraus, to close the public hearing at 7:47 p.m. Motion carried (5-0).
